St. Patti's Day

In celebration of St. Patrick's Day, we started the day off with green eggs and green smoothies. The boys loved them and now request green eggs all the time.

Then we went with our friends to the St. Patrick's Day parade.

It was awesome...not really. You get to see a parade full of cars or people walking with different banners, then the really interesting sights are the people on the sides, high schoolers and college-aged kids getting drunk, showing off, yelling, dressing in skimpy and weird clothing all while it's not very warm outside. But somehow, despite of all that the kids actually do enjoy it. The boys especially loved the bands that went through, Miss Linda would be so proud.

And they loved spending time with their friends.

While snacking on all the treats mom brought.

We ended the day with our traditional corned beef meal, and oh, ya, climbing the tree.
